Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable to our services, as they are non-tangible and specifically tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Since our aesthetic procedures are performed upon client request and customised to deliver personalised results, they cannot be exchanged or altered once rendered. Cancellations
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
